During the full pandemic lockdown, we started this venture without any expectation of profit. However, today it has been blossomed so much that we can’t thank our regulars and our support system enough!
Bake n’ Flake was born from a desire to serve the Sydney community with delicious, high-quality, and healthy Indian products. The lack of availability of eggless cakes and other products was noticed. Also, many religious beliefs prefer places with entire production line being eggless. With the desire to cater and serve this part of community, Dr. Lucky Singh (the Founder) came up with the solution of establishing a production line with no egg, and no animal fat. He proudly established Bake n’ Flake as the very first pure vegetarian bakery in Sydney.
Bake n’ Flake is passionate about providing healthy treats for everyone. That’s why we use only the finest ingredients, with a focus on NO preservatives and NO animal fat. We even bake with pure desi ghee, a healthier alternative, for incredible flavor in our biscuits and puffs.
